Mediacom: Introducing Mindy
The launch of “The Power to Simplify” brand platform marked the beginning of new long-term, marketing strategy for Mediacom.
A key part of this strategy included the creation of a brand spokesperson; someone who could deliver Mediacom's message in a way that reflects the personality traits of the target audience and become a trusted voice for our consumers.
We used consumer ad testing to finalize our casting choice and ensure that the selected talent was easily embraceable and portrayed the right spark of emotion and voice for the brand.
With an outgoing and welcoming demeanor, Mindy helps audiences believe that she is a customer, as well. She conveys a belief and confidence in Mediacom’s products and services that is authentic and inviting.
