Account Coordinator

We are looking for a person who is eager, driven and passionate about the advertising business. This position’s main function is to complete day-to-day duties for a variety of client initiatives.


  • Interacts with Internal Account Team – responsible for meeting deadlines, status reporting and exceeding expectations
  • Solid writing skills, time management, communications experience all critical to this role
  • Project coordination for a variety of clients and initiatives
  • Will work with various teams on planning and tactics
  • Responsibilities will include involvement with:
    • Client support
    • Account service
    • Managing project files
  • Responsible for a variety of tasks (sometimes overlapping) and serves as a valued member of the team


  • College degree – communications, advertising or related field
  • Self-sufficient, resourceful, solid work ethic, strong attention to detail, eager to work and learn and do more, and a fun personality are all more than a plus
  • Writing, phone, presentation and person-to-person communication skills
  • Ability to successfully work with multiple people on a variety of projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and efforts
  • Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint knowledge
