We’re looking for a project specialist to support our client direct response programs and complete day-to-day duties for client initiatives. Project specialists should have three to five years of experience and a degree in communications, advertising or another related field. Agency experience isn’t a must, but it’s a definite plus.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate direct mail and digital marketing projects for a variety of client programs and other production initiatives
- Work with our account, creative, project management and production teams for internal project support
- Develop schedules and budgets, track timelines, ensure accurate specs, assist with reviewing versions and proofs
- Be responsible for status reporting and delivering projects on deadline

You have a go-getter mindset that makes it possible to work with multiple people on multiple projects in the middle of occasional chaos. You’re detail-oriented, organized to the max and willing to tackle anything thrown at you. You’re all about the details – the little things that usually go unnoticed – no matter how many conversations and versions and updates are up in the air.
