Senior Account Executive

We have a current opening for an account manager/supervisor to join our team of professionals and deliver the exceptional client work that we are known for. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of advertising experience and a history of successfully growing and maintaining business within an agency or agency-like environment.


  • Oversee account work for a variety of client initiatives, would including leading strategy, campaign planning, team building and development as well as agency oversight and involvement within account service
  • Lead account service teams to ensure expectations are exceeded; foster client relationships; represent the agency with positivity and high-quality results; and manage day-to-day expectations
  • Manage for a variety of tasks (sometimes overlapping) and serve as a valued lead member of the team


  • Must demonstrate proven success in playing a lead role with significant client initiatives, including strategy development and implementation, budgeting and accounting, team member involvement, processes and deliverables
  • Solid presentation and writing skills are all critical to this role as well as effective time management, project management and communications experience
  • Need to showcase a successful track record in being a valued team member and agency leader
  • Another key component to this position requires experience driving strategic initiatives, client planning and campaign involvement
  • Must have an overall passion for our industry and business
  • Knowledge and experience with various core competencies such as media placement, the role of research, production, public relations, interactive design and direct consumer response approaches
