Account Director - Direct Marketing
We’re looking for an account manager to lead direct mail and direct marketing for large existing clients. Account managers should have at least 5 to 10 years of experience with direct response, mail and production, along with a degree in communications, marketing or another related field. Agency experience isn’t a must, but it’s a definite plus.

Responsibilities
- Lead our direct mail teams for a variety of client programs and other production initiatives.
- Work with account, creative and media teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
- Manage all aspects of direct mail campaigns, including approvals, final art reviews, delivery, vendor management, data management and quality control.
- Develop schedules and budgets, track timelines, ensure accurate specs, manage mailing lists, coordinate multiple versions and assist with proofing.
- Manage vendor relationships to deliver on approved projects.
- Handle status and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
- Preferred 5 to 10 years of experience in direct mail, marketing or project management.
- Proven skills in planning, organization and time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong and impactful relationships with our clients and our internal team.
- Comfort working with tight deadlines.
