We’re looking for a senior account manager to lead and deliver the exceptional work that clients expect from our agency. Senior account managers should have at least 10 years of experience leading clients and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. Senior Account Managers should be able to show a proven track record of growing business within an agency or agency-like environment.

• Lead account work for a variety of clients and foster relationships with those clients
• Develop and lead significant client initiatives, including multi-year client strategies, campaign planning and budgeting while working collaboratively with other agency departments like media, research, creative, video, direct response and accounting.
• Present strategies and recommendations to C-suite client teams regularly
• Push both internal teams and clients to develop the most effective creative executions and media strategies possible
• Juggle several tasks (sometimes overlapping) while ensuring quality and exceeding expectations
• Represent the agency with remarkable results and professional demeanor

You’re a decisive leader with excellent communication and presentation skills. You have comprehensive knowledge on core competencies like media placement, the role of research, interactive design and direct consumer response approaches. You can take a client on your first day and start working immediately. But you don’t just take orders from the client. You know when an idea can be better and you know how to push for it.  Even in the middle of chaos, you’re able to multitask to make sure creative is sharp and clients are happy.
