We’re seeking a Senior Billing Specialist with at least 5 years of experience. Preferred candidates will have a background working in an agency-like setting, particularly with advertising and media billing.

You can assess unique billing situations, develop recommendations, analyze trends, and collaborate effectively to provide leadership with valuable solutions.

• Act as a liaison between the finance team, account executives and media buyers.
• Analyze projects, work in process, accruals, media buys and client billing.
• Partner with account executives for client billing.
• Collaborate with vendors on monthly payables.
• Gather, analyze, process, summarize and interpret data.
• Build relationships to help identify and solve problems.
• Provide ad hoc reports as requested.
• Proactively look for ways to improve processes.
• Tackle anything that comes your way.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to evaluate data, thrive on details and analyze trends.
• Professional persona in interactions with internal team, clients and outside consultants.
