Goal: As the newly created G-League affiliate of the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Iowa Wolves needed to position themselves as the area’s premium, top-level basketball team in order to compete in a college-crazed community.

Strategy: Marry the Iowa Wolves with the city of Des Moines, giving residents an instant and genuine connection to the brand new team. Our holistic game plan included everything from powerful videos hyping the intensity and boldness of professional basketball to grassroots tactics like jersey giveaways and pick-up games with players at local community centers.
