Strategy: Introduce a friendly and approachable component to the NV Energy brand through the creation of a helpful and knowledge spokesperson. Use the spokesperson to build brand awareness and communicate PowerShift’s energy-saving benefits in an easy-to-understand manner – from TV and print to email and direct mail.
