LCS serves 40,000+ residents at 140 senior living communities in the U.S. We developed a unifying positioning statement — Experience Is Everything — that could serve as a mantra for team members and differentiator for community members. From there, we unified the look of the LCS family of brands to ensure the visual experience was just as exceptional as the lived experience.










Standing out in a sea of senior living sameness. If we were going to say experience was everything, we needed to show the actual experience. Our video and photo teams traveled across the country to spend time at LCS communities, capturing the people who live and work there. These assets could also stored in an ever-growing library for LCS’s internal teams to use.
