Flynn Wright is seeking to hire a full-time Web Developer to join our design and technology team. Candidate will serve as a hub of interactivity between digital designers, copywriters, and creative strategy. Candidate must be a self-motivated individual who is eager to expand their current skill set, dig into the latest and greatest trends and explore profitable new opportunities inside and outside of Flynn Wright. Be prepared to change the way the agency approaches web development by bringing innovative solutions to the internal team and to clients.

• Design, develop and maintain websites and web applications
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to plan, design, and implement new and ever evolving web strategies
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Identify and troubleshoot web development issues
• Provide leadership in project evaluation, requirements, and execution
• Converting video, audio, written, and graphic components into compatible formats for the web
• Continually research and develop new processes and procedures to help maximize existing platforms

REQUIREMENTS

• Intimate knowledge of HTML, SASS, JavaScript and PHP
• Craft and WordPress CMS experience
• Knowledge of version control solutions (Git/Bitbucket)
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite
• Familiarity with converting a mockup layout to a fully functional web page
• Minimum two years of experience
• Be willing to learn and expand current knowledge base on a project-by-project basis
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Flexibility with changing client requests

EDUCATION

• Relevant experience in web development (showcase example site builds that explore innovative solutions)
• Degree in Computer Science, or Graphic Design with additional studies or experience in web development
