Goal: The Iowa Economic Development Authority’s (IEDA) goal was to drive awareness of the state’s career and lifestyle opportunities among students, young professionals, individuals in high-demand positions (e.g. technology) and other potential relocators/job seekers from across the Midwest.

Strategy: Utilize the combination of geographic proximity and milestone events to build a powerful hyper-targeted campaign that is nearly impossible to ignore. Reach native and transplanted customers who were predisposed to Iowa and provide them with an easy response path to get more information.
