Goal: Increase satisfaction for Red Bull’s North American distribution efforts among all 200,000+ retailers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Because increasing satisfaction drives better product placement and sales.

Strategy: Create an innovative research design that aligns new customer satisfaction insight with existing store performance data to clearly identify which areas of performance will drive in-store placement and increase sales. Implement the research design in a way that has a positive impact on retailer perceptions and, at the same time, challenges Red Bull’s distribution network to perform at a high level.
