What started with in-depth research among Iowa State University’s entire alumni audience ended in a new brand direction for their Alumni Association – developed wholly on what alumni told us would make them feel that they are part of a unique community, and would motivate them to play an active role in it. We knew the approach shouldn’t just look different; it should feel different, too: more inviting, more welcoming and more engaging. It should inspire the lifelong loyalty and engagement it takes to create a vibrant community.
For its global alumni base of 250,000, the new tagline Cyclones Everywhere highlights the importance of remaining active and connected across all life stages. Regardless of their age or location, ISU graduates are part of a distinctive global Cyclone community, a lifelong connection that should be celebrated.
